Medicine is an ever-changing science. As ongoing and new research and clinical experiences broaden our knowledge and new developments and practices are introduced, appropriate changes in diagnosis, methods, classifications, treatments and drug therapies are required. The authors, editors, and publishers of Hematool® have checked with sources believed to be reliable in their efforts to provide information that is accurate, complete, and generally in accord with the standards and practices accepted at the time of publication. However, for several reasons, they may not be so. Mention of specific products, including drugs or equipment, by contributors to this publication does not represent an endorsement of such products by the authors, editors, and publishers. Besides, it does not necessarily indicate a preference for those products over other similar competitive products.
